What is one food that you refuse to try? Why?

Very hot & spicey anything like hot tamales, certain mexican foods, squid, sushi. I can't eat really hot foods because I have a very sensitive palate & I would not eat raw fish eggs or squid or raw anything because it sounds gross. I prefer food cooked, thank you!
